Ableton Live has earned a reputation as one of the most innovative DAWs in modern
music production.
But can it hold its own in a professional recording studio?
• Can you track a live band?
• Can you integrate analog gear?
• Can you record multiple musicians simultaneously?
• Can you collaborate with artists, engineers and studio owners who work in
traditional recording environments?
Over four weeks, we’ll answer those questions together.
This workshop is designed for producers, DJs, recording engineers, singer songwriters
and studio owners looking to expand their workflow beyond electronic music production
and into professional recording environments.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Producers who feel intimidated bringing Ableton into professional studios
Producers wondering whether Pro Tools is still the industry standard and where
Ableton fits into modern workflows
Musicians looking to combine acoustic instruments with digital production
DJs and electronic producers interested in recording live musicians
Engineers and studio owners curious about hybrid production systems
Anyone looking to bridge the gap between traditional recording techniques and
modern music creation

WHY THIS WORKSHOP?
As a producer and recording engineer, Ableton has become the centerpiece of my
creative process. While many people associate Ableton with electronic music, I’ve used
it to produce R&B, Soul, Rock, Afrobeats and other genres built around live
musicianship and real instrumentation.
More recently, Ableton played a major role in helping me secure a film placement
thanks to its powerful sound design capabilities and creative workflow.
Over the years I’ve learned that the question isn’t “Ableton or Pro Tools?”
The question is - how do we combine the best of traditional recording practices with the
best modern production tools available?
My goal is to show producers how Ableton can thrive in even the most demanding
studio environments while helping them develop a workflow that is both creative and
professional.
Whether you’re producing records in your bedroom or working toward commercial
studio sessions, this workshop will give you practical tools you can immediately apply to
your music.
Come learn how modern producers are bridging the gap between analog and digital,
musician and producer, creativity and technical excellence.
Limited spaces available.
